Inclusion Criteria: * COVID 19 patients in their first 72 hours of entering ICU Exclusion Criteria: * Pregnant patients * Not COVID 19 confirmed patients by RCP * Patients that are in Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation * Patients with previous thrombotic disease
