Inclusion Criteria: * Patients undergoing primary or revision endoscopic skull base surgery * Sellar or Intracranial pathology Exclusion Criteria: * Patients with sinonasal malignancy * Prior radiation therapy * Concurrent sinusitis and/or nasal polyposis
