Inclusion Criteria: * Rheumatologist confirmed diagnosis of one of the following diagnoses: * Systemic lupus erythematosus; * Sjogren syndrome; * Inflammatory myositis; * Psoriatic arthritis; * Osteoarthritis; * Gout; * Ankylosing spondylitis; * IBD-related arthritis. Exclusion Criteria: * Active infection or untreated malignancy (other than skin cancer) at enrollment. * Pregnancy
