Inclusion Criteria: * Patients with missing anterior maxillary teeth and having deficient alveolar thickness. * Good oral hygiene * Alveolar ridge width less than 4 mm. Exclusion Criteria: * Medically compromised patients. * Heavy smokers. * Current chemotherapy or radiotherapy
