Inclusion criteria

. Patients medically within normal.
. Cooperative patients and cooperative parents.
. Children aged 4-7 years old.
. Primary mandibular second molar.
. Deep carious molars.
. A history of spontaneous pain.

. Absences of Internal resorption.
