Inclusion Criteria: * Diagnosis of acute, proximal (popliteal and above) DVT with or without Pulmonary Embolism within 72 hours * ≥18 Years Old Exclusion Criteria * prior episode of DVT * contraindication to standard therapeutic anticoagulation
