* Selection criteria Men over 50 Patients receiving HoLEP due to an enlarged prostate Patients who fully understood and agreed to the study * Exclusion criteria Patients with neuropathy that may adversely affect the urination function (Parkinson's disease, dementia, etc.) Patients with acute urinary lung disease within the last month Patients with symptomatic urinary tract infection In case there are other factors that can significantly affect treatment results at the discretion of the researcher
