Measurement of the FFR is invasive but gold standard for Ischemia detection. Adding of parameters of spiroergometer might help to improve diagnostic accuracy of non invasive exercise testing. Therefore the trial is evaluating diagnostic accuracy of spiroergometric parameters compared to invasive FFR measurement.
