Inclusion criteria

✓. Clinical diagnosis of ureteral stricture and hydronephrosis.
✓. Previous history of radiation therapy.
✓. Must be able to tolerate surgery.

Exclusion criteria

✕. Combine with hypertonic neurogenic bladder (except for patients with long-term indwelling catheter).
✕. Colon resection surgery patients.
