Inclusion Criteria: * Consecutive unresectable/inoperable biliopancreatic cases with distal biliary obstruction who underwent EUS-BD after failed ERCP cannulation or inaccessible papilla Exclusion Criteria: * Borderline cancer cases * Others type of biliary stents * Severe coagulopathy or thrombocytopenia.
