Inclusion Criteria:
* Aged 18-65 years
* ASA I-II
* Who underwent laparotomic gynecological surgery
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients with obstructive pulmonary disease
* Patients with decompensated diabetes, those with a fasting period of more than 12 hours -Acute alcohol intoxication
