Inclusion criteria

✓. Men and women aged 18- 55 years
✓. No significant medical or neurological illness
✓. No implanted metal devices that may pose a risk during MRI scanning
✓. Within the annual permissible radiation exposure
✓. Able to provide written informed consent.
