Inclusion Criteria: * Azoospermia in at least 2 separate semen analyses * Palpable varicocele Exclusion Criteria: * Obstructive azoospermia * Abnormal Karyotype * Previous chemotherapy, radiotherapy and or diagnosed maligancy. * previous testicular of inguinal surgeries. * secondary azoospermia
