Inclusion Criteria: * Post ankylosis deformity: Bilateral or unilateral deficient ramus-condyle unit (RCU) after TMJ release Exclusion Criteria: * Mentally affected patients. * Medically compromised patients. * Post menopausal osteoporosis.
