Inclusion Criteria: * age \>18 years * Radiologically consolidated clavicle fracture * following ORIF using a superior anatomically preformed locking plate * asking for elective implant removal * written informed consent. Exclusion Criteria: * Pregnancy * Under-aged * Delinquent patients.
