Inclusion Criteria: * pregnant women with ICP Exclusion Criteria: * women with known hepatic disease ( HBV, HCV, HIV, HEV, Autoimmune Hepatitis, Drug induced liver injury, cirrhosis) * women with pregnancy related liver disease (pre-eclampsia, acute fatty liver of pregnancy or HELLP syndrome)
