Inclusion Criteria: * healthy individuals with one of the following oral lesions : * keratosis * Oral lichen planus * oral squamous cell carcinoma * oral leukoplakia Exclusion Criteria: * subjects having systemic disorders * pregnant or lactating females; * subjects who suffered from any other mucosal lesions; * severe periodontal inflammation.
