Inclusion criteria

✓. First labor
✓. Full dilation
✓. Head position between SP-1 and SP+2.
✓. Epidural anesthesia
✓. No contraindication for vaginal delivery
✓. Parturient informed consent

Exclusion criteria

✕. Participation in parallel studies.
✕. Category III fetal monitoring requiring immediate delivery.
