Inclusion Criteria: * Unilateral Crow IV hip dysplasia; * Bilateral Crow IV hip dysplasia without osteoarthritis on the other side Exclusion Criteria: * Patients with serious medical disease; * Patients with lower extremity vascular disease; 3. Patients with severe mental illness.
