Inclusion Criteria: * all patients with stroke, TIA or ICH admitted to our stroke unit or intemdiate care unit * Stroke / ICH /TIA onset \<= 48h Exclusion Criteria: * RASS \<=4 * severe dementia, psychosis or depression
