Inclusion criteria: TIVA group * patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) PHYSICALSTATUS CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM I-III * age \>50 years * high risk of nausea / vomiting * high risk of postoperative delirium * suspicion of malignant hyperthermia.
