✓. Audlt patients ( ≥ 18 years old);
✓. elective valve surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass;
✓. Preoperative hemoglobin (Hb) ≥ 12g/dl; (4) Transfusion Risk Understanding Scoring Tool (TRUST) ≥ 2 (possibility of blood transfusion ≥40%).
