Inclusion Criteria: * Patients undergoing elective PTE operation due to CTEPH, * 20-70 years old Exclusion Criteria: * Patients with chronic inflammatory disease, * liver and renal failure, * heart failure (\<EF: 40%), * intraoperative bronchial hemorrhage, * patients undergoing postoperative revision.
