Inclusion criteria

. The American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) class Ⅰ \~ Ⅱ
. Age greater than or equal to 3 years
. Children were diagnosed by polysomnography and plan to adenotonsillectomy.

Exclusion criteria

. craniofacial malformations
