Inclusion Criteria: * Patients 18 years or older with greater tuberosity fractures and shoulder dislocation/ or not who were acute injured were included Exclusion Criteria: * Patients with ipsilateral previous proximal humeral fractures and obviously proximal humeral fractures were excluded。
