Inclusion Criteria: * fresh peripheral nerve injury in the upper extremities Exclusion Criteria: * acute myocardial infarction history within 6 months, * old and pathological peripheral nerve injury, * acute and chronic infection, * various consumptive diseases * unable to tolerate surgery
