Inclusion criteria

✓. Organ dysfunction as defined by a SOFA \>= 2 above baseline (if no baseline data available, SOFA assumed to be 0)
✓. Suspected or confirmed infection AND
✓. Lactate \> 2 mmol/L AND
✓. Receiving vasopressors
