Inclusion Criteria: * Mid or low Rectal Adenocarcinoma * Performance Status (ECOG) 0 - 2 Exclusion Criteria: * Metastatic disease * Congestive heart failure * Renal failure * Diabetes * Pregnancy * Neurologic disorders * Alfa blockers user * Patients who are candidates to APR ( Abdomino-perineal resection)
