Inclusion Criteria: * Clinically confirmed viable pregnancy at the time of enrollment. * Able to provide consent for participation. * Diabetes diagnosed prior to 12 weeks gestation. * Initiation of care by 20 weeks gestation. * Age 18 years or older.
