Inclusion Criteria: * Ovarian mass more than 5 cm in size (confirmed by transvaginal or transabdominal ultrasonography in gynecology clinic) * The patient is candidate for abdominal exploration for ovarian Cystectomy or oophorectomy. Exclusion Criteria: * Complicated ovarian masses. * Unfit for surgery.
