Inclusion Criteria: * Subjects have ocular inflammation diagnosed as sarcoidosis, ankylosing spondylitis, behcet's disease * Subjects have ocular infection diagnosed as tuberculosis and syphilis * Subjects have refractive errors only Exclusion Criteria: * Subjects using ACE inhibitors, systemic steroids, immunosuppressive or immunomodulatory therapies
