Inclusion criteria

✓. Primary inguinal hernia
✓. ASA I-II
✓. Clinical diagnosis of incarcerated hernia
✓. randomly select patch agreed by patients and family members

Exclusion criteria

✕. severe organ dysfunction
✕. No-tolerate anesthesia
✕. No-suitable for operation
✕. spirit disease patients
