Inclusion Criteria: * Pain at intertubercular groove * Anterior humeral pain * Positive Speed's Test * Bicep's tendinitis is primary diagnosis for patient * Patient agrees to follow up and consent Exclusion Criteria: * Prior biceps surgery or injections * Prior SLAP or labral repair * Concomitant shoulder arthroplasty
