Inclusion Criteria: * Fernandez type II-IV radial fractures. Exclusion Criteria: * Fernandez type I radial fracture. * Fernandez type V radial fracture. * Open radial fractures. * Surgery using K-wires or screws alone. * The use of external fixators. * multiple fractures, pathological fracture.
