Inclusion Criteria:
* Projected life expectancy ≤ 6 months
Exclusion Criteria:
* Primary brain tumor, known metastases to the brain, central nervous system lymphoma
* Major, focal structural brain lesion
* Aggressively being treated with life sustaining measures
* Clinically significant infectious disease
