Inclusion Criteria: * Major depressive patients Exclusion Criteria: * younger than 18 years, pregnant, had a history of myocardial infarction in the previous six months, atrial fibrillation or flutter, heart block, unregulated hypertension, cerebrovascular diseases, known drug allergy.
