Inclusion Criteria: * preoperative diagnosed as PCSD * hemodynamic stability Exclusion Criteria: * irregular menstrual cycle * using IUD * complicating other disease also causing vaginal bleeding,such as endometrial polyp,submucous myoma and functional uterine bleeding.
