Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients age 18 - 45 years of age undergoing cesarean section under spinal anesthesia.
* Ability to read and write English
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients undergoing other concomitant procedure
* Patients with history of diabetes or chronic steroid use
