Inclusion Criteria: * Consecutive patients with more than one lesion ≧ 6mm . Exclusion Criteria: * Patients with chronic inflammatory bowel disease, advanced cancer, insufficient bowel preparation, familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) * Lesions ≦ 5mm and submucosal tumor (SMT).
