Inclusion Criteria: * diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction with less than 12 hours of evolution * reperfusion therapy (primary angioplasty) Exclusion Criteria: * Thyroid disease * Chronic renal disease with renal replacement therapy * hepatic insufficiency * immunosuppression
