Inclusion Criteria: * Patients with positive results of the CMV PCR (polymerase chain reaction) from aqueous humor tapping. All the patients were immunocompetent and diagnosed as symptomatic CMV infection. Exclusion Criteria: * Patients without positive results of the CMV PCR * Immunocompromised patients with positive results of the CMV PCR
