Inclusion Criteria: * Female Patient * Ages 18-70 years old * Undergoing unilateral DIEP flap reconstruction post mastectomy. Exclusion Criteria: * Hyperthyroidism / history of autonomic thyroid adenoma (slightly increased risk of allergic reaction to the dye) * ASA grade 3+ * Abdominal Scarring
