Inclusion Criteria: * Psoriatic nail refractory to other topical and systemic treatment therapy * ≧ 16 years old Exclusion Criteria: * Patient with pregnancy * Patient with photo sensitivity * Patient with severe wound around finger nails or paronychia * Patient with hypersensitivity to Tazarotene cream
