Inclusion Criteria: * patients with complex renal stones and large or impacted ureter stones * patients who underwent laparoscopic pyelolithotomies with concomitant calyceal stone removal or ureterolithotomy using a flexible cystoscopy or not Exclusion Criteria: * active infection, uncontrolled bleeding tendency, previous abdominal surgery
