Inclusion Criteria: * Patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy * Left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT) gradient less than 30 mm Hg at rest * Age 18 years or older Exclusion Criteria: * Contraindication to losartan * Already taking losartan * Contraindication to MRI * Hemodynamic instability
