Exclusion criteria

✕. NYHA class ≥ II heart failure;
✕. unstable angina;
✕. myocardial infarction within 1 year;
✕. clinically significant supraventricular or ventricular arrhythmia uncontrolled or poorly controlled despite intervention;
✕. QTc \> 450 ms (male); QTc \> 470 ms (female).
