Inclusion Criteria: * Aged ≥65 years; * Scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation; * American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status II or III; * Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18 and 30 kg/m².
