Inclusion criteria

✓. systemically healthy patients.
✓. having a minimum of 20 teeth.
✓. Generalized unstable periodontitis.
✓. Pocket depth \[≥ 4 mm\].

Exclusion criteria

✕. Allergy or hypersensitivity to Ibuprofen or other NSAIDs.
