Inclusion Criteria: * diagnosis of CAD with ≥50% stenosis in at least one major coronary artery. Exclusion Criteria: * Patients with acute coronary syndrome, arrhythmias, previous coronary interventions (PCI or CABG), or inability to undergo echocardiographic assessment.
