Inclusion criteria

✓. patient age ≤17years
✓. Open fracture\\ Closed fractures
✓. with or without neurovascular injury
✓. polytrauma (including femur \&amp; tibia fracture)
✓. patients who were treated conservatively (bed rest + traction)
✓. patients treated surgically
